Sorry! This is not what we intended. We advise you to contact the support team as soon as possible at We will ask you to send some pictures of the problem and your order number. We will of course try to send you the same item, if stock allows. We will of course find a suitable solution for you no matter what.

Since we have many products that are handmade from natural materials, differences in shape and color cannot be avoided. In marble, for example, there can always be color differences, with petrified wood no product is the same and our wooden cabinets are all made by hand. There can always be some difference. But then you have something unique in your home! If you are really not satisfied please contact us.


Delivery times vary by product. If you order accessories or smaller items that are in stock, your order will be shipped within five business days. If you are not home, the order will be delivered to a neighbor or sent to a pick-up point nearby. For furniture that is in stock, we will make an appointment for delivery within two weeks of placing the order. We will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery time for you. If a piece of furniture is not in stock, we will contact you to discuss the delivery time. Since a large part of our collection comes from Indonesia, it may take some time before the product reaches the Netherlands. But then you have something unique in your home!

We do our best to deliver your order to your home in perfect condition. If your item is defective or damaged, take photos of the damage to the item and send these photos to us. We will contact you to arrange for your order to be picked up and replacement to be arranged if necessary.

Shipping costs vary by product. For small products such as home accessories, shipping costs are € 6,95. For medium sized items such as coffee tables, side tables, rugs or larger lamps we charge € 49,- shipping costs. For large items such as cabinets and sofas, shipping costs are € 79,95.

Returns & cancellations

Too bad you're not satisfied! We're obviously going to fix it for you. Please contact our customer service team at and we'll see what we can do for you. Home accessories and small items can be returned by post. For larger items such as cabinets and sideboards, this of course does not apply. We have to collect these from you. This can only be done by appointment. In short, contact our customer service and we will be happy to help you.
